"Good value when I felt stuck"
I felt a bit trapped with everything I had to get done, so I was surprised by how reasonable the price was for the help I got. It wasn’t perfect every single time, but overall it was good value and saved me from having to do loads of it myself.

"Clear communication and a smooth process"
I had a solid experience with Music Gateway overall. Communication was quick and easy to follow, and I appreciated that I wasn’t left wondering what was happening or chasing for updates.
The transparency was probably the biggest plus for me. Costs and next steps were laid out upfront, which made the whole process feel straightforward. There were maybe a couple of small moments where I would’ve liked a bit more detail, but nothing major at all. I’d be happy to use them again.

"Support replied, but I felt a little awkward waiting"
I had to reach out to support about my account, which was kind of embarrassing on my end. They did get back to me, just slower than I was hoping. Once they replied, the answer was helpful enough, but I did have to wait a while and follow up once, which made me feel a bit awkward. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t great either. I just wish they were a little quicker

"Better than I expected, honestly"
I’ll admit I was a little skeptical at first, but there are actually some decent music jobs and sync leads on here. Not every listing is a winner, and you still have to sort through what’s relevant, but I did end up finding a couple of solid industry contacts. It’s not perfect by any means, but compared to a lot of other sites I’ve tried, it’s been surprisingly useful...

"I thought the site was really easy to..."
I thought the site was really easy to figure out, even without needing to poke around too much or spend forever trying to understand where things were. Everything felt straightforward, and I was able to find what I needed fairly quickly, which I always appreciate. It was just a simple, smooth experience overall.

"Scammy Behavior. Charged money without consenting to it."
Music Gateway sent out an email to all users two weeks ago stating that the free plan was being discontinued, and all users would be automatically upgraded to a paid plan in two weeks unless they delete their account. This email landed in my spam folder, as it did for most other users and people (such as myself) who signed up for an account a while ago and haven’t used the website since.
I woke up this morning to an unusual charge on my credit card, and slowly pieced together what had happened. Music Gateway had upgraded me to the paid plan and started a monthly subscription charge of $20. This is not behavior that I would expect from a legitimate business. Do not work with Music Gateway. Taking advantage of users in this way is unforgivable.
